We offer one-on-one sessions that are all tailored to the individual need's.
You can expect an individual combination of Food as Medicine, Acupuncture,
Gua Sha, Fire Cupping, Moxibustion, and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Samantha specialises in the support of mental, emotional health, women's health
and keeping surfers in the water (musculoskeletal and recovery).
Food as medicine and incorporating dietary changes alongside your
treatments are a great way to support gut health,
which we see as paramount to all treatment being our centre
and Earth element.
